Shipping & Delivery

At House-of-Kitchen.com, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and smoothly as possible. Below you'll find all the details about our shipping times, costs, and process.

Fast & Reliable Delivery

We offer fast shipping within the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany:

  • Netherlands:
    Order before 22:00 = shipped the same day, delivered the next business day

  • Belgium:
    Order before 22:00 = shipped the same day, delivered the next business day

  • Germany:
    Order before 22:00 PM = shipped the same day, delivered within 1 – 2 business days

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed during the weekend will be shipped on Monday.

Shipping Costs

  • Netherlands: €4.95
  • Belgium: €7.95
  • Germany: €9.95
  • Free shipping on all orders over €100 (applies to all countries)

Track & Trace

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a Track & Trace link to follow your package in real-time.

Delayed Delivery

In rare cases, a delivery may take longer than expected due to external factors. If your order hasn’t arrived within 3 business days, please contact us at info@house-of-kitchen.com — we’ll be happy to help.

Issues with Your Order?

If your order is damaged upon arrival or you received the wrong item, please let us know within 7 days of receiving your package. Include your order number and a photo of the issue if possible, and we’ll resolve it promptly.
