Returns & Warranty

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product. Once we receive the returned item in good condition, we will refund the full order amount, including the original shipping costs.

The return shipping costs from your home to our webshop are your responsibility. You may return the item using any shipping company of your choice.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all included accessories and, whenever reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@spoelbakhuis.com. We will process your refund within 14 days of your return request, provided that we have received the product in good condition.

Please notify us of your return by emailing support@house-of-kitchen.com. When creating your return label, make sure to enter support@house-of-kitchen.com as the email address. Keep your shipping receipt safe.

We accept returns within 14 days from entire Europe.

If you use our return portal, the process may be smoother. Please note! This option is only available for certain products. Brands for which this is likely possible include Quooker, Franke & alle Afvoerpluggen  

Exceptions to Returns

Please note:

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal is only possible for products:

a.. that have been created by the entrepreneur in accordance with the consumer's specifications;

1. that are clearly personal in nature;
2. that cannot be returned due to their nature;
3. Items produced especially for you, such as the installation of non-standard tap holes or modifications.
4. Whose price is subject to fluctuations in the financial market over which the trader has no influence;

Warranty

Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition; otherwise, we will not be able to accept them. When receiving your order, please do not seal the package with special tape or other adhesives. If the product has not been used, we need to be able to restock it in our warehouse as a new item. Additionally, please ensure that the items are placed in a box when returning them.

If the original packaging has been written on, damaged, or otherwise altered, we will be required to order new packaging and repackage the products. In such cases, the costs for repackaging will be deducted from your refund.

Steps for Returning Other Orders:

Register Your Return

1. Download the return form at the bottom of the page. Fill it out and send it via email to support@house-of-kitchen.com.

Packaging the Product

1. Securely pack the product in its original packaging to prevent any damage during return shipping.
2. Do not write on the original packaging of the product!
3. Place the original packaging inside a shipping box to avoid any damage!
4. Do not use excessive tape on the original packaging, as removing it in our warehouse may cause damage!
5. If the original packaging has been written on, is damaged, or has sustained any other harm, we will be required to order new packaging and repackage the product. The cost of this will be deducted from your refund.
6. Please include a copy of the completed return form inside the box.

 

Return the Product

1. You may create a return label using any shipping carrier of your choice. The cost of returning an item is at your own expense.
2. Send the package to the address listed on the returns page or the return form.
3. Save the tracking code of your order.

Important: Don't forget to include our email address, support@house-of-kitchen.com, as the recipient when creating the shipping label.
