At House of Kitchen, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, no questions asked. After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product. You will receive a full refund for the order amount, excluding return shipping costs.

Please Note: Returns are at your own cost and can be made with the carrier of your choice.

Important Information

Original Packaging & Condition: The product must be returned in its original packaging and in undamaged condition. If there is writing on the packaging, it is damaged, or duct tape is used, we will no longer be able to sell the product as new.

 In such cases, the product will be listed as a ‘second chance item’, and a partial refund will apply. Additionally, any costs associated with repackaging the product will be deducted from your refund.

Return Instructions

1. Register the Return: Send an email to Support@house-of-kitchen.com to register your return. Include your order number and email address so we can track the return and provide you with a tracking number.

2. Return Form: Download the return form and complete it. If you are unable to print the form, include a note with the following information:

  • Your Name
  • Your Address
  • Order Number
  • Product Name
  • Reason for return and next steps
    Please Note: Without this information, we will not be able to match the returned item to your order and process the refund.

Exceptions Returns

Product Condition for Return:
To process your return, products must be returned in their original condition, including all accessories and – if reasonably possible – in the original packaging. Please do not use special tape or materials to seal the packaging, as we need to receive the product in a condition that allows it to be restocked as new in our warehouse.

Please Note:

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that:

  1. Are made by the seller according to the consumer's specifications;
  2. Are clearly personal in nature;
  3. By their nature cannot be returned;
  4. Are custom-made for you, such as modifications to standard tap holes or adjustments;
  5. Are subject to price fluctuations in the financial market that the seller cannot influence.

Warranty:

Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Damages to the original packaging may incur additional costs for repackaging the product, which will be deducted from your refund.
If the original packaging has been written on or damaged, we are required to order new packaging and repackage the product. These costs will be deducted from your refund.

Steps for Returning Products:

  • Register Your Return: Send an email to Support@house-of-kitchen.com with your order number.
  • Download and Complete the Return Form: Download the return form at the bottom of this page, complete it, and send it back to us, or include the packing slip or a note with your details.
  • Package the Product: Ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transport. Do not write on the original packaging.
  • Return the Product: You can use any carrier of your choice to return the product. The return shipping costs are your responsibility. Make sure to include the tracking number and return form.

Return Shipping Costs:
The costs for returning a product are the responsibility of the customer. Keep your shipping receipt and tracking number to ensure proper tracking of your return.
