Warranty
We care about our products and do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it is possible that an order gets damaged during transport or that another issue arises, giving you the right to claim a warranty. Under European law, we are responsible for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years of delivery. Additionally, you may have further rights under Dutch law.
If you discover a defect in the product, or should have reasonably discovered it, you must contact us within a reasonable timeframe. A period of two months is considered reasonable, though under certain circumstances, a longer period may also be acceptable.
Complaints
In case of complaints, the consumer must first contact the entrepreneur. If the online store is a member of WebwinkelKeur and the complaint cannot be resolved through mutual agreement, the consumer should contact WebwinkelKeur (www.webwinkelkeur.nl), which will mediate free of charge. You can check if the online store has an active membership via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/leden/. If a resolution is still not reached, the consumer has the option to have the complaint handled by the independent disputes committee appointed by WebwinkelKeur. The decision of this committee is binding, and both the entrepreneur and the consumer agree to this binding decision. There are fees associated with submitting a dispute to this committee, which must be paid by the consumer to the relevant committee.
