If you are connecting this loose Quooker Flex tap to an existing Quooker PRO3, COMBI, or COMBI+ boiler, please be aware that your boiler may require a software cap (softwarekap) replacement in order to work correctly with this model.

You can check this by reviewing the serial number of your boiler. If your boiler has one of the following serial number formats, a new software cap is likely needed:

• VCE / VCF
• CCE / CCF
• CPE / CPF
