We respond to all inquiries within 2 hours! Our team is dedicated to providing you with the most detailed and helpful information about our products.
We deliver from Monday to Saturday. There are no deliveries on Sundays. The entire Quooker range, including all Quooker accessories ordered before 11:00 PM, will be delivered the next day. Orders placed before 3:00 PM on weekdays are generally expected to arrive the next day. If different delivery times apply, please refer to the estimated delivery times listed with the products.
Our shipments are handled by Transmission, DPD, DHL, or PostNL. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from the carrier with the delivery date and time. This email will include a track & trace link, allowing you to track your order.
Letterbox packages are exclusively shipped via PostNL and do not require you to be home for delivery.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses!
Yes, it is possible to pick up your order. Please contact us in advance to arrange a preferred date and time.
You can pay using the following options:
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product. You will receive a full refund, including the original shipping costs. However, the return shipping costs are your responsibility. For standard packages, this cost is €10 (excluding VAT) and will be invoiced to you. For items delivered via our own transport, return costs will be calculated based on weight.
If you choose to exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned in its original condition and packaging, along with all accessories, where reasonably possible. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@house-of-kitchen.com. We will process your refund within 14 days after your return request, provided we have received the product in good condition.
Exceptions to Returns
Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products:
a. Sealed products – once the seal is broken, these items cannot be returned.
b. Custom-made products based on customer specifications.
c. Items that are clearly of a personal nature.
d. Products that cannot be returned due to their nature.
e. Specially produced items, such as sinks with non-standard tap holes or other modifications.
f. Items subject to price fluctuations beyond our control.
Warranty
Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition. If this requirement is not met, we will not be able to accept the return.
Yes! Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code from our carrier. You can use this code to track your shipment on the carrier's website.
Delivery is free within the Netherlands for orders over €75. For orders under this amount, shipping costs €5.95.
Returning products is at your own expense. You can request a return label from us via the following link. The return shipping costs using this method are €5.95 (incl. VAT).
Of course, you may also return the product at your own expense using a shipping method of your choice.
For a large part of our assortment, you can select a specific delivery date. Please indicate your preference in the notes when placing your order. However, we cannot guarantee the exact date once the shipment has been handed over to the carrier.
The carrier will keep you informed about the status of your shipment via Track & Trace.
